Director's Shareholding
iomart announces that on 1 April 2008 Angus MacSween, director of the Company, transferred 320,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') into a Self Invested Personal Pension ('SIPP'). Accordingly, 320,000 Ordinary Shares were sold from his nominee account at a price of 45p per share and 320,000 Ordinary Shares were bought by the SIPP at a price of 45p per share.
Following these transactions, Angus MacSween's interest in the Company comprises 19,286,304 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 19.40 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
